Chuck is a graduate of University of Missouri with a BS, Civil Engineering, and an MBA from the University of Houston. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas. Throughout his 39-year career, he has designed and managed design of complex multi-level urban interchanges and freeways, rural highways and county roads, municipal infrastructure including streets, utilities, and parks. His experience includes 14 years at TxDOT Houston District where he managed Central Design Section A. |
