Sam Houston Tollway (South) Widening: South Post Oak to Hiram Clarke

This project provides for widening 2 miles of existing 4-lane tollway to 8-lanes from South Post Oak to Hiram Clarke. IDC is the project manager for a full service design team providing roadway, drainage, and structural design services, field surveys, and geotechncial investigation for this project. Scope of work includes updating schematics, performing final design, and preparing PS&E to Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA) design standards. IDC’s services include designing and/or managing design of roadway widening, reconstruction of ramps, storm water drainage improvements, traffic control plan, storm water pollution prevention plans, bridge widening, new retaining walls, preparing specifications list and general notes, and estimating quantities and preparing cost estimates.
