IDC prepared Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) and performed final engineering design to widen the roadway from Bissonnet to the Harris County line. Eldridge Parkway project consists of widening a 1/2 mile two-lane roadway to a four-lane concrete, curb and gutter roadway with a raised median, including storm sewer, utility relocation, and transition to new right-of-way. Scope of work included surveying, ROW mapping, environmental services, roadway design, stormwater pollution prevention plans, stormwater quality management plans, hydrology and hydraulics, geotechnical, and traffic engineering.
