Project included providing program management services for the $70 million building program. Provided project management to coordinate the activities of architects, various subconsultants and general contractors. Provided liaison with other government entities and utility companies to ensure that projects on the campus would be developed on time and within budget, from design through construction. Provided oversight and review of building architectural designs, structural, MEP, geotech, central plant, landscaping, irrigation, lighting, telecommunications, fire protection, security, and overall building construction, move coordination, and startup operations. Projects included the Sadler Science & Technology Building, DOW Academic Center, and building additions and renovations for a new Student Center, Library reorientation, and Administrative facilities. Project team provided planning and programming, project management, design review, bid award phase services, construction management, FF&E, move coordination, and project close out phase services.
