Project included providing program management and civil review services for the $280 million building program. Provided project management to coordinate the activities of architects, various subconsultants and general contractors. Provided liaison with other government entities and utility companies to ensure that projects on 30 campuses would be developed on time and within budget, from design through construction. Oversight and review of building architectural designs, structural, MEP, geotech, roads, parking, drainage, water, wastewater, electric, gas, landscape, irrigation, lighting, telecommunications/fiber optics, fire protection, security, and overall building construction, and startup operations. Projects included new facilities, building additions and renovations, for three high schools, two junior highs, middle schools, elementaries, two athletic complexes (stadium and natatorium) and administrative facilities. Project team provided project management, design review, bid award phase services, construction management, FF&E, move coordination, and project close out phase services.
