Holcombe Area Water Line Replacement Projects

IDC provided construction management services for the replacement of water lines in a residential area in southwest Houston, bounded
by W. Holcombe Boulevard, Mont Clair Drive, University Boulevard, and South Main. Project consisted of replacing water line
sizes of 4", 6", 8", 12", and 16" extending over 26,000 linear feet including service reconnections, fire hydrants, taps, valves,
and total restoration. Scope of work included site restoration, removal and replacement of sidewalks, street repair, asphalt
pavement, sod replacement, and ADA wheelchair accessibility.
