Bamore Commercial Center is a new 20-acre industrial park development in Rosenberg, Texas.  The site is situated on the west side of Bamore Road, between Southgate and Walger.  IDC’s work included developing a storm water detention plan, curb and gutter entrance, road design, site utilities design, and coordination with the Owner’s contractor.  Design was prepared in accordance with the City of Rosenberg industrial development standards.

footprints, phased construction to coincide with site build-out, and alternative retention storage with a pumping system.  The entrance road alignment was developed to optimize an alignment that accommodated the internal access needs of the site, and also match up with existing Klare Street on the east side of Bamore Road.  Final design of the entrance road included paving, grading, storm sewer drainage, and signing and striping.  Public utilities, water and sanitary sewer, were sized to serve the ultimate facility.  Final design plans were prepared by IDC to serve the initial phase of construction on the site, and accommodate the future build-out.  IDC coordinated location of private utilities, to include power, telephone, and cable, serving the site.  IDC met with the Owner and contractor to coordinate the initial site construction with ultimate site build-out.
