IDC is providing Program Management services on the project ensuring that the project meets all of the expectations of the
school district. IDC provided design review and direction to ensure that the A/E team met the schools needs and the project
remained within budget. IDC conducted meetings with the A/E team, school district staff, and a design committee comprised of
campus faculty, community members, the school district maintenance department and administration to assist in the development of the
design. In addition, IDC furnished the school district and A/E team with a construction cost estimate based on

The primary design intent was to provide new interior finishes throughout, new HVAC system, new fire alarm system, an automatic fire
sprinkler system, and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The first phase of the work was accomplished
during the summer and included all of the first floor areas including public safety/security vestibules. The second phase is
being accomplished after school hours while the school remains in operation.
The second phase of this project will renovate
all second floor classrooms, library, and bring all restrooms into ADA compliance. The final product will be a newly renovated
school that is safer, compliant with ADA & Fire Safety criteria, more pleasant for the staff to work in, and much more conducive
to the students learning.
