The project is located in the Hiram Clarke Area in South Houston. It covers 3 residential areas situated at different locations within the South Houston region. The project involves the replacement and upgrade of existing 4-inch to 8-inch waterlines to proposed 8-inch to 12-inch waterlines including fire hydrants, valves, and fittings. There are three ExxonMobil pipeline crossings and one Harris County Flood Control District ditch crossing for this proposed waterline replacement. The waterline is being constructed primarily by auguring method. Overall, there is a total of 29,350 linear feet of waterline replacements. IDCUS performed preliminary engineering, PS&E, construction management & inspection services.
