Mohsen is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a BS in Civil Engineering, and he is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and is LGPP-certified. Mr. Roohi has 37 years of experience in the transportation engineering field in the areas of planning, schematics, design, construction, and maintenance of highway and roadway facilities. As TxDOT Assistant AE, he oversaw the operations of the TxDOT West Harris Area Office for construction and maintenance of projects, as well as the design section. |
