Taylor Gully Channel Conveyance Improvement: Montgomery County Line to East Fork of San Jacinto River (HCFCD G103-80-00), Kingwood Area, Houston, Texas
Client:IDCUS prepared the Preliminary Engineering Report for Taylor Gully, a tributary to East Fork San Jacinto River, for HCFCD. The channel improvements will increase channel Level of Service & reduce 100-year floodplain of Taylor Gully.
Improvements will also allow for the construction of local drainage improvements to further reduce street flooding. IDCUS evaluated nine alternatives, including detention basin-only options & combination of detention basin & channel regrading.
