IDCUS identified the footprint needed for additional right-of-way, and designed to minimize and relocations. Six proposed detention pond sites were identified to mitigate the additional storm water runoff. The existing roadway has sharp 90-degree curves which are realigned on proposed schematic. This project corridor is rural but transitioning to suburban with a mix of residential and commercial land uses. There are several water crossings which are primarily creeks with USACE jurisdictional waters & wetlands, which require a wetlands delineation report. Applied for a Nationwide 14 Permit to mitigate impacts to the wetlands areas.
