US 290 Widening: FM 1371 to SH 6, TxDOT Houston and Bryan
Client:IDCUS’s Services included categorical exclusion, wetland delineation, USACE & TCEQ permit procurement, data collection analysis, mitigation, preliminary drainage, traffic engineering and operations. IDCUS conducted public involvement activities to inform the community of the proposed highway improvements, preparing a virtual public meeting because in-person public meetings were not possible due to Covid-19 pandemic ban on public gatherings.
